In FY2024, we developed a strategic framework to formalise what sustainability means for PPG and to focus our efforts to address the most material ESG issues for our business. This framework will guide our approach to integrating sustainability across our global business and operations going forward, with the five pillars outlining our focus areas.
In the years ahead, we aspire to build upon the foundation we have laid to progressively enhance our sustainability practices and performance. While we take pride in what we have done so far to support local communities, minimise our environmental impact while driving operational efficiency and cultivate a people-oriented internal culture that drives ethical behaviours and civic-mindedness, we are aware of the challenges that lie ahead and how much more we have to do.
